Our organization is chain of the milk production to consumer. We have fifty-one household dairy farmers, They are affiliated on fifty four primary cooperative, primary cooperative doing milk collection and chilling we have running five chilling center. Every day we collect milk 10-12 thousand letter these chilling center. We direct selling raw milk dairy factory. Lalitpur District Milk Producer Co-operative Union Ltd. (LDMPCUL) is a farmer led organization in the Central region of Nepal. Membership is open for primary cooperatives but not for individual farmers. The LDMPCU has 54 primary dairy cooperative members from the Lalitpur district. The total number of individual dairy farmers is 3146 including 2177 men and 969 women The Union provides several services to the members.
The most important (business) service is milk collection and chilling. LDMPCU provides financial services; extension services like technical trainings for farmers; and insurance support to members. LDMPCU has made a clear business plan of establishing dairy processing plant. With grant from government, own equity and external loans, the union constructed the factory building and purchased equipment already and placed. Now, The diary must learn effectively how to make good and different yogurts and panir/cheese.
